Steve brings over 30 years of experience in sales and accounting to his role at PolyFirst. He has held leadership roles in the telephone, software and flexible packaging industries, and considers himself a “geek with a personality.” His diverse skill set and outgoing personality make him ideally qualified to lead PolyFirst in this time of rapid growth.
Dave Corey came to PolyFirst in 2015 from Quad/Graphics, where he oversaw pressrooms in the U.S. and Mexico. He is PolyFirst’s Chief Operating Officer and Plant Manager. In Dave’s 31 years in manufacturing, he has served as a production manager and led the lean manufacturing process in all the Quad/Graphics pressrooms. His diverse background and flexible approach to ongoing change make him ideally suited to his position.
Curtis brings 30-plus years in sales and administrative management to his role at PolyFirst, with over half his career spent in manufacturing. As a person who prioritizes staff development and clear-cut goals, Curt is perfectly suited to lead PolyFirst’s front office.
Ed brought fifteen years of flexible packaging experience to PolyFirst when he joined the company shortly after its founding. He brought a wealth of sales experience to our young company; today his focus is on developing new products to best serve our customers.
Tony may have the best job at PolyFirst. He gets to stay up to date with the latest and greatest in machinery, products and current happenings within the flexible packaging industry, and use what he learns to make PolyFirst better every day. He started in 1999 as a Flexo Press operator and has grown with the company.
Tracy has been with PolyFirst since 2010. She started on the manufacturing floor running machines, but her knowledge of our machinery and processes, coupled with her attention to detail, got her kicked upstairs in 2014 to our quality department, where her energy and positive personality are great assets to the department.
